Butterfield Elementary is a K-6 school within the Marana Unified School District, dedicated to providing the highest quality education in a safe and nurturing environment. Our commitment to academic and personal excellence guides everything we do.

Home of the Bobcats, our school opened its doors in August of 1978. We are proud to offer full day free kindergarten, before and after school care, gifted and special education, a full-time Master level school counselor, health services, librarian, music, arts, physical education, and more.

Our comprehensive, relevant, and rigorous instruction prepares students for the future. We focus not just on teaching, but on ensuring that every student learns, with personalized attention to individual achievement.

As a Marzano High Reliability School with Level 1 certification, we have established a Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative culture. This foundation is essential for creating an environment where student success is prioritized and continuously built upon.
