Welcome to Butterfield Elementary, where our shared vision is fostering academic and emotional growth for all students. I'm honored to serve as Principal, leading a community united in this purpose. Our staff, students and families are deeply committed to achieving excellence.

With over 26 years of educational experience, I've had the privilege of witnessing student growth from kindergarten through high school graduation. My teaching career began in the San Francisco Bay Area, followed by 13 years as an English teacher at Mountain View High School. As Associate Principal at MVHS (2015-2022) and Twin Peaks K-8 (2022), I developed a deep understanding of social, academic and behavioral transitions.
